Eagle Scout, Morgan Burke Bolinger, Earned all 142 Boy Scout Merit Badges and was recognized by the Evangeline Area Council at their annual Eagle Scout Recognition Banquet. Burke was also awarded his 22nd Eagle Palm at the event.
